I am totally disgusted with this games chat system,
COME ON games these days if you want to report someone you right click on their name in chat, then select report and the reason for reporting them in the drop down menu,
you don't go to a website and fill in a ticket for support to report someone that's medieval.
Same for ignoring/blocking someone you right click on their name and select ignore/block,
you don't open your social window go to friends type in the name of the person and then select to block them, again that's medieval
Chat systems these days take a couple of seconds it should be as simple as right click on name left click, or at most right click on name left click left click.
