I am positive some people have mentioned this before ,And i my self wanted to trade few items in the last couple closed betas ,but it was extremely hard to reach people.
World chat is basically a chat that can be seen by everyone in the whole server ,i know there is such thing called mega phone ,but it costs elluns and you have to buy it from the cash shop ,This feature should be free ,and accessible to everyone ,moreover it's a basic function for trading ,and LFG to do Dungeons/Raids/anything with .
