Scammers come in all shapes and sizes, it all starts with the classic gold scammers, tricking people into thinking the item they are selling is worth what it is, but in reality, they just want to milk all the unaware for all their money.
Besides them, there is a new type. The Raid Scammer. It's been here ever since Attaius started but they pose a very unfair threat to the level minded ones that earn their loot, and don't swindle everything they can get their hands on. As stated in the forums post regarding the events happening between July 15th - 25th, you must tame everything in four regions to get the title of "Familiar Trainer" which decreases your taming point consumption by 20%, very helpful in the long run, especially if you are planning on taming everything in the future as well.

Familiar Master
July 15 – July 25 (12:00 PM Pacific)
The world is full wonderful creatures just waiting for you to discover them! Explore each region and see if you can tame all of the familiars found there. As you complete each region in the Bestiary, you’ll earn rewards. These rewards are cumulative and will be given out in a future maintenance after the event ends.
Tame all Familiars in one region to receive:
Ground Familiar Skin Lucky Box (x2)
Tame all Familiars in two regions to receive:
Aerial Familiar Skin Lucky Box (x2)
Tame all Familiars in three regions to receive:
Premium Familiar Skin Lucky Box (x2)
Tame all Familiars in four regions to receive:
Effect: Taming point consumption reduced by 20% (Permanent Duration)
Title: Familiar Trainer (Heroic rank)

However this is quite impossible due to these "Raid Scammers" because the two recipes; Dragon Emblem Recipe and Daveen's Perfume Recipe only drop at Attaius Peak, which are used for taming Agnas the Red and Garme, two heroic familiars needed to completely complete the event. Raid scammers usually occur through the changing of the party loot distribution system to "Master Looter" along with allocating the Master Looter option to themselves. Many players are unaware of this loot system, or at least can be unaware that the loot system was changed in the first place to Master Looter. This is a very large problem considering the event ends in three days. Perhaps we could add VERY noticeable notifications if the loot system is changed, or extend the event, or increased drop rates of the recipes? Possibly all? It's getting quite ridiculous how many times people are getting scammed considering how difficult and time consuming the Attaius Peak raid is.
