[Suggestion] Turning Mounts into skins.

The idea is pretty simple, instead of taming and then removing/sealing/turning into a better mark, what about we get an item that costs 5 elluns, we can use it on any mount and it will turn that mount into a skin that has the same look as the mount so that way we can switch around skins (for example we can use blueflame phoenix, turn it into a skin, then use the skin on Amaran, the skin's grade will match the grade of the mount the skin was obtained from.) This is purely for vanity reasons and so we don't have to get a nice looking mount and be disappointed by it being a common/elite mount.
