This instance needs to be fixed. My wife and i are quite unimpressed as we ran this instance and multiple times people have just taken the key and left the instance and it's an hour cooldown and i'm not going to keep paying elluns because other players in this game deem it fit to screw other players over. Remove the key needed for this instance Nexon or you're going to lose a lot of players due to simple bugs like this and lower the cooldowns of the instances. I'm not even geared and my wife and I can duo Elite Instance 5 with 20 minutes remaining.
